He discusses the epidemiology of abdominal traumas, associated injuries, diagnosis, non-operative management, and intraoperative evaluation. Dr. R. Todd Maxson is a pediatric trauma surgeon at Arkansas Children's Hospital and an associate professor of surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.
