The first Southwest Trauma & Acute Care Symposium is being held November 5-6, 2009 at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort in Scottsdale. The Arizona Trauma and Acute Care Consortium (AZTrACC) which is comprised of all the Trauma Centers in Arizona will sponsor this symposium, and hope it will become an annual event.
We anticipate an attendance of over 250 participants representing a national audience of physicians, physician extenders, nurses, EMS personnel, and other healthcare professionals who have an interest in trauma and critical care. Guest faculty include the following national experts, Thomas Scalea, MD from Baltimore Shock Trauma as the keynote speaker and Drs. John Holcomb, David Feliciano, Tim Fabian, David Spain, Larry Gentilello, David Adelson, Peter Rhee, and Mark Matthews.
The support of your organization is needed for this to be a successful event and Exhibit space is available for an early bird fee of $1500. This fee includes a 6 foot, draped table and two chairs in an 8 foot booth area. There are opportunities for additional sponsorships as listed on the downloadable form.
Please download, complete and return the enclosed Exhibitor Contract and Sponsorship Agreement form if you are interested in participating as an exhibitor. Checks or Educational Grants may be made payable to AZTrACC, Tax ID # is 26-0380437, and mailed to the address located on the form. You may also pay online using paypal.
AZTrACC appreciates your consideration for financial support of this symposium. We hope that we can count on you and look forward to seeing you at the Doubletree in November. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Dr. John Ferrara at 602-239-2282.
