The Arizona Trauma and Acute Care Consortium (AZTrACC) will be sponsoring the Second Annual Southwest Trauma & Acute Care Symposium on November 4-5, 2010. Once again, this will be held at the beautiful Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort in Scottsdale. Download a printable conference brochure (.pdf)
We anticipate a large attendance representing a national audience of physicians, physician extenders, nurses, EMS personnel, and other healthcare professionals who have an interest in trauma and critical care. Guest faculty have been confirmed from all across the nation and include Jerry Jurkovich, Todd Maxson, Thomas Scalea, Richard Dutton, Rao Ivatory, Kenji Inaba, David Spain, and Addison May.
In order to host quality educational events such as this national symposium, we depend on support from your organization. Exhibit space is available for an Early Bird Fee of $1250 until September 1, 2010. The fee will increase to the regular rate of $1750 after September 1, 2010. This fee includes a 6 foot, draped table, two chairs and electrical outlets in an 8 foot booth area. There are also opportunities for additional sponsorships as listed on this form.
Based on some of last year’s feedback, we are planning some new activities that will encourage more networking between our attendees and the vendor representatives. We hope that you will be interested in participating as an exhibitor. You may complete and return the Exhibitor Contract and Sponsorship Agreement form or fax it to 602-839-6229. Please also read the Exhibit Rules and Regulations. Checks or Educational Grants may be made payable to AZTrACC, Tax ID # is 26-0380437, and mailed to the address located on the form.
